My resume...ack

I am looking around at applying for a new job. This then is my current resume. If you have any comments, or suggestions let me know. I am feeling a bit stumped as to how else to organize/put forward myself. If this helps, I would prefer to have a job with a non-profit agency, or do something that uses my educational background, skills as a teacher, and/or lets me work with people. However, at this point, even a good paying clerical job for the right place might suit me. So here is my most recent resume... (minus the contact info)
